Common questions

01 Are these job shops or machine-tool builders?

The English cohort is CNC machine-tool builders — VMC, lathe, gantry, Swiss, grinders, controls — not anonymous job shops. If you need a contract manufacturer, say so in the RFQ notes.

02 What does “verified” mean?

Catalog listings identify their sources and review limits. A public product catalog is not an onsite audit or a certificate endorsement.

03 Do you take a commission?

No. The purchase order is between you and the factory. CNCVerified does not sit in the payment chain.

04 Who receives the RFQ?

Up to five listed plants, through the CNCVerified RFQ form. Factory mailboxes and websites are not shown on the public listing. If you open RFQ from a profile, that plant is the primary target.

05 Can factories see each other’s quotes?

No. Matches are sealed. Each plant only sees your packet.

06 How do Chinese factories join?

Apply on the Chinese site: /cn. English listing is not automatic.
